Rye bread made on natural fermented rye sourdough with addition of germinated rye grains and sunflower seeds.
Ingredients:
RYE flour (45%), water, germinated RYE grains (9%), sunflower seeds (7%), RYE MALT flour (6%), germinated WHEAT grains (5%), sugar, WHEAT GLUTEN, yeast, salt, thickener: guar gum.

Usage instructions:
Thaw for 3 hours at room temperature. For better result bake thawed product at 190-200°C for 8-10 minutes. Add steam for 6-8 seconds in the beginning of baking. * Baking time depends on the favorite browning of the product and the oven properties.
