Eesti Pagar - the leading wholesale bakery in Estonia (EU) that combines old traditions and modern technologies to create a wide range of frozen bakery products.

We are Estonian capital based private company with over 45% market share in home market.

At the same time, we export bakery products to 20+ markets on 4 continents around the world. Export share is constantly growing and is exceeding 25% of company total turnover.

In addition to carefully followed traditions, our team has always had an open mind towards new ideas. Our wide assortment of over 300 frozen bakery products is being constantly enriched by new tastes and shapes, that are being developed in cooperation with the top technologists and food professionals from all over the world.

Our assortment includes a wide variety of products for Retail, Bake Off and HoReCa:

To ensure the success of business and high quality of products we are continuously making investments into new equipment and improving production technologies. Our quality management system is in compliance with BRC (AA level) Global Standard for Food Safety. 

We use only high-quality ingredients from carefully selected suppliers and take sustainability and environmental protection very seriously - we constantly increase share of 100% recyclable packaging and use CO2-free green energy to heat our production lines. Our products are produced with RSPO certified palm oil and Rainforest Alliance certified cacao.
