Rustic loaf shape bread with crispy crust and soft content for Bake Off, made of rye and wheat flour with cumin.

RYE flor, WHEAT flour, water, sugar, flour improver (thickener: E466; dextrose, WHEAT MALT flour, maltodextrin, emulsifiers: E472e, SOYLECITHIN; acidity regulators: E450, E341; WHEY powder, WHEAT flour, WHEAT sourdough, BARLEY MALT extract, rapeseed oil, potato starch, antioxidant: E300; enzymes), yeast, salt, light RYE MALT, cumin, dry leaven (WHEAT flour, acidity regulators: citric acid, lactic acid; sequestrant: E516; rapeseed oil, emulsifier: fatty acids mono- and diglycerides), improver (emulsifiers: E472e; MALT flour, enzymes, flour improver: E300, E341).
May contain traces of egg, cellery, lupine, mustard and sesame seeds.

Usage instructions:
Thaw at room temperature for 6 hours. Defrosted product bake in a preheated oven at 190 °C for 15-17 min.
