RYE flour 42,5% (RYE flour 90,6%, whole grain RYE flour 9,4%), WHEAT flour, water, sugar, WHEAT gluten, yeast, salt, RYE white malt 1%, dry sourdough (pregelatinized WHEAT flour, acidity regulators: citric acid, lactic acid; sequestrant: E516; rapeseed oil, emulsifier: E471), bread improver (emulsifier: E472e; WHEAT malt flour, enzymes, anti-caking agents: E170, E341iii), flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid.
May contain traces of eggs, soybeans, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, lupin.
