Rye breads of a handy shape made of wholegrain rye flour on traditionally fermented rye sourdough. Rich in fibres, without any preservatives. Ideal when toasted. 53% of flours in the product is wholegrain flour. 61% of wholegrain flour based on dry matter. Slicing is optional.

Wholegrain RYE flour 24%, sourdough 22% (wholegrain RYE flour, water), water, WHEAT flour, germinated RYE grains 9%, pumpkin seeds 7%, sunflower seeds 7%, WHEAT gluten, potato flakes, WHEAT bran, RYE flakes, RYE MALT flour, salt, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
