Rye breads of a handy shape made of wholegrain rye flour on traditionally fermented rye sourdough. Rich in fibres, without any preservatives. Ideal when toasted. 53% of flours in the product is wholegrain flour. 61% of wholegrain flour based on dry matter. Slicing is optional.
