Sweet-sour bread made with mix of rye and wheat flour with addition of germinated rye grains and sunflower seeds. Rich with fibres.
Ingredients:
RYE flour, WHEAT flour, water, sprouted RYE grains (11.7%), sunflower seeds (7.6%), sugar, yeast, flour improver (thickener: guar gum; emulsifiers: E482, E472e; enzymes: alpha-amylase), leavening agent (pre-gelled WHEAT flour, acidity regulator: citric acid, lactic acid; stabilizer: calcium sulfate; rapeseed oil, emulsifier: mono- and
diglycerides of fatty acids) RYE malt (0.7%), salt (0.6%), cumin (0.3%).

Usage instructions:
Thaw at room temperature for 6-8 hours or +2 ... + 6 °C for 12 hours. Defrosted product bake in preheated oven at 185-190 °C for 18-21 min.
