Mini size strudel shaped Danish pastry with quark filling.

WHEAT flour, QUARK 30% (MILK), vegetable fats and oils (palm, rapeseed), water, whole EGG liquid, BUTTER, sugar, yeast, sunflower oil, MILK protein, skimmed MILK powder, modified starch (potato, corn), WHEY powder, EGG white powder, salt, emulsifiers: E471, E472, E322 (rapeseed); stabiliser: E407, preservative: E200, acidity regulators: E330, E339ii; food colouring: E160a, enzymes, flour treatment agents: E300, E920; flavourings (butter, vanillin). May contain traces of soy, nuts, mustard, lupin.

Usage instructions:
Place frozen products into a baking tray covered with baking paper. Thaw for 15 minutes at room temperature. Bake in a preheated oven at 1805°C for 12-15 minutes. Add steam for 12 seconds in the beginning of baking. * Baking time depends on the favorite browning of the product and the oven properties.
